25% VAT is included in the registration fee. The registration fee covers the Reception, lunch, coffee and Conference Dinner.
The fees will be charged in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
The exchange rate fluctuates with time, but is usually about 1 Euro = 8,50 - 8,80 NOK.

The hotel bill is settled directly with the hotel upon departure.

The cancellation fee will be NOK 1000 (incl. 25% VAT) administration charge for cancellations received within 15 August . For cancellations received after 15 August, the fees must be paid in full.
Substitutes from the same company will be accepted without extra charge.
The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
Option 1: Payment by credit card is preferred - we accept American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa. Please fill in the requested information in the last page of the Conference Registration form.
Option 2: Payment by bank transfer: Payment (in NOK) should be made to: NTNU VIDERE, account no. 7694.05.02256, Den norske Bank, Søndre gt. 12, NO-7005 Trondheim, Norway, Swift/BIC: DNBANOKK, IBAN: NO12 7694 0502 256. Please refer to 584026 - IO Conference, and state the name(s) of the participant(s) clearly on all payments. Bank, currency and transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.
You should allow at least one week or more (check with your bank) for the money to reach us. .
PLEASE NOTE: All fees must be paid and received by the Conference Secretariat in advance. No registration material will be handed out unless the registration fee is paid.
Upon completion of the Conference Registration form you will be issued with an Access Key, which you should record for future use. The access key will provide you with access to your reservations at a later date if you need to add details or make changes. The registration data can be edited until September 1. 2009. Login at
