Ole Klingsheim
IO Development Manager, ConocoPhillips

Ole Klingsheim has served as ConocoPhillips' Integrated Operations Development Manager within Major Capital Projects and Operations since 2008, responsible for the continuous development and implementation of ConocoPhillips' operating model.

Klingsheim graduated from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH, now NTNU) in 1990 within the field of high-speed electronics and physical electronics. He earned his degree at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva, Switzerland, followed by development and design of custom integrated circuits for the CERN experiments. Since 1993 an employee of ConocoPhillips and has held various leadership positions within IT and Operations, including IT Manager, Technical Director and Offshore Installation Manager (plattformsjef).

He has given a number of presentations in professional conferences on behalf of ConocoPhillips.
